American Estimate Hub

Quoted per project. No guesswork, no fixed menu.

Every plan set is different, so we do not publish fixed prices. Share your drawings and scope, and you will receive a written quote for the estimating work before anything starts.

What affects the quote

  • Project size and sheet count: Larger plan sets and more floor area mean more measuring and checking.
  • Number of trades: A single-trade takeoff is scoped differently from a full multi-division estimate.
  • Drawing completeness: Schematic or design-development sets may need more assumptions and clarifications than construction documents.
  • Level of detail: Quantities only, material pricing, or full material, labor and equipment pricing.
  • Output format: Breakouts by level, phase, building or alternate add structure to the deliverable.
  • Turnaround: Bid dates drive scheduling; timing is confirmed in your quote rather than promised in advance.
